Delivery within India

We deliver within India. Delivery is free when your order value after discounts is above ₹999. Orders of ₹999 or less have a ₹100 delivery charge. The final total is shown before you place an order.

We dispatch orders the same day or within 24 hours. Arrival times depend on the destination PIN code and courier service. A delivery estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests are accepted before dispatch. Contact support@thecastcars.com or +91 63934 27832 with your order number as soon as possible. Once dispatched, contact our team for an order-specific review.

Incorrect, missing or damaged items

Contact Customer Support with your order number, a description of the issue and relevant photographs. Keep the product, packaging and included items while we review the issue. Please obtain return instructions before sending a parcel.

15-day manufacturing-defect warranty

Our manufacturing-defect warranty claim window runs for 15 days after delivery. Manufacturing defects are covered; wear and tear is excluded. Keep the original box packaging, all original box items, invoice and delivery evidence for a return or replacement under this warranty.

Submit your details through Claim Warranty. For a key holder, diorama or garage box, or if your product is not listed in the warranty form, use Customer Support with the product name and purchase details. We review the evidence before confirming a return, replacement or refund. These warranty conditions do not limit remedies available under applicable consumer law.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds are initiated within seven business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to credit the amount. Contact support with your order reference if you need help checking the status.
